Beth Dietrick is a senior engagement consultant in Retirement Plan Services (RPS) Participant Engagement. She is an assistant vice president of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc.

Beth’s industry experience began in 1989. She was with T. Rowe Price from 1997 to 2000, beginning in RPS Participant Communications, and returned in 2020. Prior to this, Beth was employed by ProHealth Communications and CoMed Communications. She also served as marketing director for The Walters Art Museum.

Beth earned an A.S.B. in marketing management from Central Penn College and a B.A. in journalism from Temple University.
